This is what happens when you don't tighten down the Primary clutch bolt then go for a ride. I got 5 mile down the trail when this happen. First pic-what is left of my belt. Second pic- my new JBS clutch with all the weights and sliders melted to it. Last pic-my new fixed sheave with all the splines missing. It also melted all the seals and the clutch housing. I am now drinking my pain away.

Holy!!! That sucks. Did you forget to tighten it or were you just trying to test things out?

I forgot to tighten it. I spent two days installing the clutch, replacing all the snorkels and doing other maintenance that it just did not cross my mind. Just trying to do too many things at one time.

atleast its all easily replaceable parts instead of your grizzly going down in flames like a polaris
